How does See & Select work?

It’s fun and no risk!  You get to shop for your style online and pick out some of your favorites that will be waiting for you at your requested Eyes of Faith See & Select Center. Since our Eyes of Faith partner may already have your selected styles in stock, we will confirm your selections with them first.  Then, please stay tuned for your email confirmation of the See & Select styles that will be ready and waiting for your professional fit.

What are Eyes of Faith See & Select Centers and why should I support them?

See & Select Centers have agreed to have your See & Select kit available for your professional fit.  All Eyes of Faith providers are independent, eye care professionals who support Eyes of Faith and your local community.  You can schedule an eye exam and have the ability to use your vision benefits (where applicable). Plus, they will have an optician confirm your fit and order custom-made lenses for that beautiful, new Eyes of Faith style.

What is the difference between a See & Select Center and an Eyes of Faith location on your “where to buy” map?

See and Select Centers are Eyes of Faith locations that are participating in our initial roll out of this new program. It’s important to note that all Eyes of Faith locations are active supporters of our brand in your community, but may not be a See and Select location, yet. Please shop and call them to request your favorite style for purchase.

When is the best time to have See & Select Kit available at my requested Eyes of Faith See & Select Center?

The best time to have your See & Select Kit waiting for you is at your annual eye exam or any time you want a new pair of glasses. This saves you precious time when you have preselected your styles for purchase from a See & Select Center. Plus, our optical pros can confirm your fit and provide you the best custom-made lens options.

I already have a new prescription; can I still have my See & Select Kit available at a See & Select Center?

Yes, our optical pros will confirm your prescription and provide you the best custom-made lens options for your new Eyes of Faith style.

How long will my See & Select Kit be available at a See & Select Center?

We kindly ask that you take advantage of this program within 14 days of confirmation that your selected styles are available at the See & Select Center.  Eyes of Faith providers are independent businesses, so they are under no obligation to keep your selected styles if they don’t believe you will be scheduling time to view your frames.

Can I buy directly from Eyes of Faith?

We recommend checking our locator for an Eyes of Faith provider near you first, but if you don’t have one in your area or your doctor is not listed, you can shop for your favorite style and buy directly from us.

If my eye doctor is not listed as an Eyes of Faith location, can I still have my See & Select style choices sent directly to them?

Unfortunately, we can only send your See & Select Kit to a See & Select Center. Its important to note that all Eyes of Faith locations are active supporters of our brand in your community but may not be a See and Select location yet.  Please shop and call the Eyes of Faith location to request your favorite style for purchase.  If your eye doctor is not an Eyes of Faith location, please recommend us!

If I buy directly from Eyes of Faith, how do I return the frame if it does not fit?

Easy! Within 30 days of receiving your frame, simply call us at 833-363-2020 or email us at hello@eofoptical.com to arrange for an exchange or return/refund.  We will email you a return USPS shipping label, so the return shipping is on us.  The frame, case, and cleaning cloth must be in new, unworn condition for a full refund.  Please use the original Eyes of Faith shipping box and packaging materials to ensure no damage during the return.

Can I order my prescription lenses through the website?

We are unable to fill prescription lenses on our website at this time. Please search our locator for an authorized Eyes of Faith professional to ensure the best lens options for you. If you don’t have an Eyes of Faith provider near you, we recommend an independent eye care professional in your community.

Do you accept Vision Insurance?

We do not accept vision insurance, but you may be able to submit an out-of-network claim for the “frame only” purchase from your vision benefit provider.  Also, you can search and call your local Eyes of Faith provider to determine if they will accept your vision plan.  Then, we can ship your favorite style to them!

Do you accept FSA/HSA’s?

Yes! If you have an FSA or HSA debit card, you can simply use the card’s information at checkout.

What are my shipping options?

For frame purchases:  Free – USPS Shipping 2 to 5 business days; $11.99 – 2 to 3 business days FedEx or UPS shipping.

See & Select Kits:  $10 flat shipping to a See & Select Center.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time.  We ship to anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Where should I have my order shipped?

If you are not ordering a See & Select Kit to be shipped to a See & Select Center, please ship your frame purchase to a residence or workplace—not to a PO Box or APO/FPO address.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, all frames have a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.  We will review on a case-by-case basis to determine if the frame qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

If your frame does not qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will offer you a 50% discount off the same frame as a replacement or 50% off a different style if the original style is no longer available.

If your sunglasses do not qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will offer you a 50% discount off the same frame as a replacement or 50% off a different style if the original style is no longer available. If your sunglasses are no longer available, but qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will replace with another style at similar value. Where noted, some sunglasses are offered with no warranty when inventory is nearly sold out. Please contact us at 888.777.9390 or hello@eofoptical.com with warranty questions.

How do I file a warranty claim?

To determine if it qualifies as a warranty claim under a manufacturer defect, please send pictures of the frame to hello@eofoptical.com along with your full name, address, phone number, and invoice number.  All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  If your frame does not qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will offer you a 50% discount off the same frame as a replacement or 50% off a different style if the original style is no longer available.  If you purchased from a local Eyes of Faith partner, please contact them for any warranty claims.

Do you offer repairs?

To determine if we can repair your frame, please send pictures of the frame to hello@eofoptical.com along with your full name, address, phone number, and invoice number.  We will review and determine if the frame is repairable and let you know the fee to repair if necessary. If you purchased from a local eye care professional, please contact them for any repair issues.
