Can I order my prescription lenses through the website?

Yes! You may order a frame only, a complete pair of prescription glasses, premium blue light protection glasses, and premium polarized sunglasses right here on our site. If you'd like to shop in person at an eye care professional's office, visit our store locator.

How do I return the frame if it does not fit?

Easy! Within 30 days of receiving your frame, simply call us at 833-363-2020 or email us at support@eofoptical.com to arrange for an exchange or return/refund.  We will email you a return USPS shipping label, so the return shipping is on us.  The frame, case, and cleaning cloth must be in new, unworn condition for a full refund.  Please use the original Eyes of Faith shipping box and packaging materials to ensure no damage during the return.

Do you accept Vision Insurance?

Yes, we do! It’s easy…no paperwork to fill out or phone calls to your provider! Click here for details.

Do you accept FSA/HSA’s?

Yes! If you have an FSA or HSA debit card, you can simply use the card’s information at checkout.

What are my shipping options?

Free – USPS Shipping 2 to 5 business days; $11.99 – 2 to 3 business days FedEx or UPS shipping.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time. We ship to anywhere within the contiguous United States.

Do you have a warranty?

Yes, all frames have a 1-year warranty and lenses have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.  We will review on a case-by-case basis to determine if the frame and/or lenses qualify as a manufacturing defect.

If your frame does not qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will offer you a 50% discount off the same frame as a replacement or 50% off a different style if the original style is no longer available.

If your sunglasses do not qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will offer you a 50% discount off the same frame as a replacement or 50% off a different style if the original style is no longer available. If your sunglasses are no longer available, but qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will replace with another style at similar value. Where noted, some sunglasses are offered with no warranty when inventory is nearly sold out. Please contact us at 888.777.9390 or support@eofoptical.com with warranty questions.

How do I file a warranty claim?

To determine if it qualifies as a warranty claim under a manufacturer defect, please send pictures of the frame to support@eofoptical.com along with your full name, address, phone number, and invoice number.  All warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.  If your frame does not qualify as a manufacturer defect, we will offer you a 50% discount off the same frame as a replacement or 50% off a different style if the original style is no longer available.  If you purchased from a local Eyes of Faith partner, please contact them for any warranty claims.

Do you offer repairs?

If you purchased your Eyes of Faith frame from your eye care professional, contact them regarding your repair, and they may be able to use our Repair Redirect program to arrange contactless, direct repairs with our headquarters

If you purchased your frame directly from us, please send pictures of the frame to support@eofoptical.com along with your full name, address, phone number, and invoice number.  We will review and determine if the frame is repairable and let you know the fee to repair if necessary.
